I recently tried the bourbon chicken at Maki of Japan and it was absolutely delicious! I've had it twice now and it has been consistently perfect each time. While the fried rice was not the highlight, the quick service and courteous staff made the dining experience enjoyable. Despite it being lunch hour, the prep and counter area were kept clean. Overall, I was impressed and will definitely return for more of their tasty offerings.
