Mike runs an awesome coffee truck with a wide variety of coffees sourced from different parts of the world, and he can customize your order to your liking. My go-to drink is the Cortada, a delicious blend of espresso and steamed milk that he can infuse with any flavor you desire. I appreciate the fact that he offers a diverse selection of flavors and roasts from local roasting companies, ensuring there's something for every coffee enthusiast. You can catch him at the performing arts center or outside the Celadon Warehouse in Noisette bright and early at 5:45am, serving up his fantastic brews with enthusiasm.
