Located in the parking lot of Classic Shine, just half a block south of 11th on Bailey Hill, a new food truck has recently caught my attention. The friendly Mexican lady and her daughter who run it serve up authentic Oaxacan cuisine that is both affordable and delicious. From the sweet and generously sized tamales to the flavorful chicken mole, every bite is a journey through the rich culinary traditions of Mexico.
