I found a cozy little breakfast spot in Alexandria, Louisiana with a cool coffee house vibe and a huge menu full of sweet and savory options. The Monte Cristo waffle totally stole the show for me-ham, Swiss, and blackberry jam between waffles was a perfect combo, and my daughter loved her scrambled eggs. The staff was super friendly, the coffee was solid, and the overall atmosphere felt like a nice break from the usual chain restaurants.
