I arrived at Trident Galley in Hingham on a Wednesday evening, promptly seated by the welcoming staff. We opted for a variety of small plates, with the deviled eggs, buffalo cauliflower, and charcuterie board standing out as highlights. While the salads were average, the overall experience of enjoying tapas-style bites in a cocktail bar ambiance was delightful and consistent with previous visits. The charming atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food make Trident a top choice for dining out.
