We waited at the door to be seated at least 10 minutes. Finally a waitress saw us and put us at a table. We then sat for another 10 minutes. We were trying to flag down someone .Shelly 'the manager' finally walked by and ignored us. I said can we get someone to wait on us. She actually yelled at us and told us if we did not like the service go somewhere else ! We got up I asked her name . She then yelled again that her name was Shelly and make sure I got that right.
They have lost a customer . This person should never work in the customer service industry.
