Trying out new restaurants near my son's school has been an exciting adventure, and Fang's flavorful dishes, such as the lemon chicken and salt & pepper fish, have pleasantly surprised me. Despite the above-average prices, I've been enjoying exploring their Szechuan specialties, like the Spicy Pork Blood and Intestine dish, which has been a delicious journey of bold flavors and textures.
