Walking in on a Friday evening, I was surprised by how quiet it was, with a clean environment and fresh ingredients clearly evident in every bowl. The variety of options for protein, bases, and toppings allowed me to create a flavorful combination of white rice, tuna, salmon, edamame, fish eggs, sesame seeds, seaweed, cucumber, wasabi, and ginger that cost $17 but tasted worth every penny. Monica stood out as an exceptionally warm and guiding presence, making the experience enjoyable despite the somewhat indifferent atmosphere and staff at times, and it's clear that the food alone keeps me-and now my son and best friend-coming back for more.
