The restaurant has new owners who have brought about a positive change in both the food quality and service. It has become our preferred dining spot in the area due to the consistently satisfying experience we have each time we visit. The Pho soups and traditional plates come highly recommended, particularly the Deleux Bowl, Tom Yum Pho, and Ben Pho that have impressed us with their flavors and authenticity.

Went to Pho Ben City last night (Saturday 3/13) and had one of the worst dining experiences of my life. These are the reasons why:

1. Though there were several customers dining in the man behind the counter tried very hard to persuade me and my family to order take out.
2. Most of the tables were dirty with old dishes, leaving us to sit in the back by the bathroom.
3. He did not come to our table to take our orders, or bring us drinks. I had to go to the counter to order.
4. When he brought my wife's Pho we didn't have cutlery...we had to request forks and chopsticks 10 minutes later. We also had to request the usual condiments that come with Pho (Jalapeños, lime, etc.).
5. No one checked on our table to make sure our food was correct, that we had everything we needed, or that we got refills. It was as if my family of 4 was invisible. So much so that once we had finished our food it took so long to get our check, that my wife had to go get him and ask for the check.

*we watched this same person treat every other customer in the place with standard customer service while he intentionally ignored us. Never going there again.
