Usually when I go to Kneaders I am blown away by the cusine and bakery items. The customer service is usually spot on as well. What caused my one star rating is due to the disrespect, mouthy responces and attitude I received from three employees. I can understand a bad day but you are to contain that dealing with customers. The order wasn't correct and if you are going to pay for something you should definitely have it how you like, not to mention how does it become your fault when you frequent an establishment ordering the same thing everytime and it's incorrect. I think I know what I eat. Either way these three young ladies were absolutely rude and didn't understand the definition of costumer service, hospitality or accountability. The first young lady didn't take the order right or read it back for customer confirmation on accuracy. She absolutely didn't take responsibility for her mistake but insisted "YOU never ordered those items". However she had me repeat my self several times while taking my order. Once I had attempted to let the second employee know the order was incorrect I was repeatedly spoken over where my daughter had to jump in and tell her let my mom speak how can you say you are hearing her if you're not letting her talk. I was told by the employee she would correct my order she never returned. After being told that I would be helped by one employee a different employee who had absolutely nothing to do with the situation decided to stick her nose in with an absolutely distasteful attitude speaking to me in such a manner that is opposite of let me help you fix this. I told her I did not want her help because I didn't like her attitude and requested someone else. She proceeded to be rude and give cross looks. Eventually the Assistant Manager came and fixed it offering free items to make up for the mishap with my food. I kindly refused and let them know I am not looking for a handout or a free meal or a refund I would just like my food corrected with out the rude disrespectful attitude. I feel that you as a customer should not receive this treatment from the employees whom are getting paid by the contribution of your purchase. I had left a 10% tip which is divided up for the employees I didn't even ask for that back. I like the food at kneaders but can definitely do without the nasty employees. I want to thank both Managers for correcting my order and hope that they addressed their employees, all three employees behavior towards the costumer regardless of their(the employees) own personal opinion of the situation they are at work after all. This is a caution to anyone with expectations of good customer service from these spicific young ladies bewear of the young lady with glasses blonde hair in a bun she is not looking to listen or help you get it fixed and will indeed speak rudly with attitude giving the fake impressions of helping with a demeanor very contradictory. And the young lady whom is at the register typically wears pocahontas braids confirm your order with her before walking away although that's her job the fine print says although she is working the register she is not responsible for what you receive regardless if it's your usually and you paid for it. Epic fail on your job description of CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOSPITALITY, and ACCOUNTABILITY ladies.

Not off to a great start. A BREAKFAST CAFE WITH PASTRIES… And do not have a working espresso machine for lattes. Are you trying to lose business? I always prefer local over corporate coffee chains… but you are making this difficult. Get with it!
