The delivery service was impressively prompt, with the food arriving hot and flavorful, especially the well-seasoned chicken and the recently improved coleslaw that has a perfect balance of sweetness and horseradish. The staff demonstrated excellent customer care by promptly addressing order issues with genuine follow-ups and apologies, making each experience positive despite occasional mix-ups.
