I ordered takeout. I went to pick it up outside the store front, as it's the only way to pick up.The woman came to the door, asked my information, which I gave her along with my credit card. She brought my order along with my receipts to sign. I asked for utensils & napkins. She went back inside, grabbed a napkin, wiped a 4 year-olds snotty nose, then went behind the counter to gather UNWRAPPED utensils & napkins. NO HANDWASHING DONE!!! She came back to gather my signed receipt and tried to put the CONTAMINATED UNTESILS ON TOP OF MY FOOD!!! 25+ years in the hospitality industry and this is in the top 5 grossest things I've ever seen. They won't allow guests inside due to COVID, yet are OK with snot on forks, spoons and napkins they provide for customers.
