I was a bit skeptical at first since I was the only Asian there, but the food totally won me over-everything was fresh and flavorful, especially the scallion pancakes and the variety of broths and sauces. The individual hot pot stations made it easy to customize my meal, and the staff was super friendly and attentive, even helping with cooking tips and refilling broth. It's a fun, cozy spot with great service, perfect for trying out authentic Chinese hot pot whether you're with family, friends, or on a date.
