The food truck has really good food and the service is solid, just like any other food truck setup with taxes. I decided to grab my order to go and settled on fajita and barbacoa tacos, which turned out to be surprisingly tasty despite the long wait. The pineapple water was a pleasant surprise that left me wanting more. Overall, the experience was good, though it did take a while for just three tacos.
