They are currently not taking reservations and only accepting walk in guests. At 6:45 pm my wife and I were told that they are not accepting any more 2 people tables. I guess they are not profitable enough.

As a guest of the hotel that is far from cheap I would never have expected that type of service. No one was in line waiting, just that they didn't want to waste a four person table on the two of us.

I can tell you the food I had there two nights ago was good, I can also tell you I will forever remember the last night of a beautiful vacation being scarred by absolutely horrible hospitality.

Tonight was the soft open for The Beach House at Turtle Bay. It was amazing! The service was first rate! We ordered theU-10 Scallop and Shrimp Linguine.I am a shellfisherman farm owner from New England and chef nailed the scallops! Perfectly seared and crusted. The scallops were cooked to perfection; the sweetness of the meat came through with a perfect crunch and tenderness. The pasta was cooked al dente. And the sauce was complimentary but not over bearing. A perfect combination. After the meal, the service staff checked in on us multiple times, Zam, Tatum and Pete to name just a few"¦. All were the amazing but there were others that came and spent time through the night. The lava soufflí© is the most amazing desert one can expect! It was everything we remembered pre-Covid.
