A friend once told me this restaurant serves the best hummus they've ever had, so I had to try it myself. The Shalom Y'all Plate was bursting with vibrant flavors-the falafels were perfectly cooked, the hummus was velvety smooth with a drizzle of high-quality olive oil, and the Moroccan carrot salad was unexpectedly delicious. Though a bit pricier than usual, the quality of fresh, house-made ingredients and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it well worth it, and I can't wait to return to explore more of the menu.
