During our week in Steamboat, this meal stood out as the most memorable culinary experience, especially the porchetta-pork stuffed with mushrooms, foie gras, and blueberries-that was incredibly succulent and bursting with harmonious flavors. The small Panzanella bread salad complemented the meal beautifully, and the service was warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed even with young children in tow. Cocktails were expertly crafted, the atmosphere inviting, and every dish we tried-from the crispy Brussels sprouts to the flourless chocolate torte-left a lasting impression that makes me eager to return.
