During my recent visit due to a flight cancellation, I had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant where the chef, Bob, was serving tables himself. The Indian dishes we ordered, particularly the Dal Tadka and Palak Paneer, were among the best I've ever tasted, with the fresh spinach in the Palak Paneer standing out vividly. Additionally, the seafood gumbo surpassed all my previous experiences in New Orleans, making me eager to return for another meal.
