Ordered 8 pounds of pulled pork half of it chicken. It was wonderful and I thank Joe for packing it up the way I wanted as we made three stops and it was easy to heat and serve at each. His smoked salmon is to die for. Thank you and we shall see you next spring. Sue Hobot
