Post workout shakes here are absolutely delicious with a wide variety of flavors to choose from, like the Banana Muffin with coffee and Peanut Butter Cookies that taste just like the real thing. The shakes are low in sugar, packed with just the right amount of protein, and bursting with flavor, making every visit refreshing and satisfying. The friendly and welcoming staff, including the owner, create a warm atmosphere, and the affordable prices along with special events like yoga and boxing make it an all-around fantastic experience.

Post-workout shakes at this place are fantastic with a wide variety to choose from! I tried the Banana Muffin shake today and it was amazing. The owner, Ryan, is always friendly and makes the best shakes. The atmosphere is great with affordable prices, delicious flavors, and a welcoming team.
