Casa Oaxaca is a beloved tradition for my family after my daughter's roller derby practice. She always goes for the Tacos Supremas, while I enjoy alternating between the Carne Asada and Chorizo Tacos, both of which are delicious. One standout feature of this restaurant is the exceptional chips and salsa - the fresh tomato salsa with onion, garlic, cilantro, and lime is unmatched in Columbia. Despite its unassuming appearance in a strip mall, the food at Casa Oaxaca is truly impressive, with a diverse and flavorful menu that has something for everyone.
