Stopped here for lunch and had what is probably the worst meal I have ever had. I ordered the Ensenada Chicken Platter. Here is how the menu described it-
Two ancho-grilled chicken breasts, house-made salsa and salsa-ranch dressing. Served with mixed greens with Cheddar, tomatoes and tortilla strips.
It came with the smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen served in a restaurant. It had no- salsa, no ranch dressing, no mixed greens, no cheddar, no tomatoes and no tortilla strips. There was some type of brown sauce drizzled over it that had a flavor I could not identify. On top of everything it came to the table, COLD!
My company took one look at it and started laughing. I didn't find it funny.

I ordered a BLTA Croissant. The menu said it came with either fries or Freckled fruit. I ordered the fruit. The sandwich was very good. However, I was not happy when I received the tab and it showed an extra .99 charge for the fruit. I asked the server and she told me it should have been .79 and not .99. I explained to her that the menu didn't say anything about an extra charge for fruit. She finally ended up taking the .99 off. This is the second time I have been charged extra without it being on the menu or told in advance by the server. The last time was on a salad that I changed the cheese. I think the menu should be clearer or the servers should be told to tell the customers in advance if there is an extra charge.
