I order from the store on 2/11/20 I placed an order for a steak bagel at 5.55 and egg whites an extra .79. I went through the web site as it asked me what I wanted on my sandwich so I selected steak onions and cheese. Not know that the Spanish language backwards sometime and was asking me what I did not want on my sandwich. the delivery guy comes I tip him an extra 4.00. I open my food to see that they had given me a bagel with just egg whites I politely called asked can they exchange it she said yes but it'll be a few hours as we are busy and it is lunch time now. I said well can I get a refund and just be charged for the bagel and eggs. stated I would have to call back to speak with the manager because the manager was busy although she kept placing me on hold to speak with the manager. I asked to speak with the manager she said she could not come to the phone she is busy but I can get a credit for tomorrow explained this was all the money I have and that if I cant get the right ting I wld like a refund. stated there was nothing she could do. I even had a Spanish coworker get on the phone who also commented on how rude and terrible the customer service was and that they did not care. im so upset they really trying to charge me 6. and change for just bagel and egg white eggs.
