I work across the street and order for pick up almost every week. The chicken in the chicken fajitas is always white/raw looking so every time I call in I request they cook it well done, I want the chicken to be brown. Pick it up- white raw looking chicken and I have to sit there and wait an additional 10 minutes. I've been patient the past 15 orders of raw chicken fajitas. Today it happened again, and when I told the guy it's not well done it was taken back to the kitchen, completely burnt and returned to me. I ended up walking out and won't be back. I had such a simple request! I really don't understand what's so complicated. It's unfortunate because I do love the food, but they do not cater to customer request. I will not pay $20 for raw chicken!
