Had a order to go and didn't put the sauce on my chicken fingers. Spent 40 dollars and the one paying got their food wrong. It was on the receipt so I guess people in the back aren't doing their job right.Up sized the other meals no extra fries no zax sauce with them. Worst experience I've ever had at a Zaxbys

I love this place but someone needs to kick out who ever is in charge of the fries now. They used to kick a** but now they are plain out horrible always tasteting like old yesterdays food. I come a few time a week and its not getting any better.
