Yesterday, I enjoyed a delicious rib sandwich with sauce, a large potato salad, and some peach cobbler at a beloved BBQ food trailer in Lake Wales known for its tender ribs and friendly service.

GREAT, WONDERFUL, FABULOUS, INCREDIBLE, we are new to the area and stumbled across Rufus's Ribs by accident. Talk about a happy accident, WoW!!!!
I wish they were open more, that's my only complaint.
