You won't find many spots in Center City that offer such quality food at prices this good-like a $4 hotdog bigger than most stadium ones and loaded waffle fries topped with short rib for just $11. The cafe by Dilworth Park is clean, air-conditioned, and has both indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying some people-watching while sipping Starbucks. The staff is friendly, the variety is solid, and it's a convenient stop when I'm around City Hall or heading to meetings nearby.
