For starters, tried ordering on-line, which does not allow any type of differentiation (i.e. ingredients on only 1/2) etc.... So, I headed over to the location at 1:00 in the afternoon to place an order in person that I NEEDED TO BE AVAILABLE AT 4:45. I paid the bill while placing my order. Arrived at 4:45 exactly and proceeded to the drive up window. The employee at the window handed me a credit card slip to sign. I explained that the order was already paid for. She rudely told me to sign it again, she couldn't find my slip. So, I signed my sales slip again. The employee then told me to go park my car, my order was not ready. I asked her how long before it would be ready and was told 10 or 15 minutes. I then told her the entire reason I went in early and ordered and paid was because I needed the order at that specific time. She once again rudely replied, "I don't control the kitchen, park and it will be brought to you." My pizza was brought out at 5:10. I asked the girl who brought my order out if there was a manager on duty. Her reply, "yes, but she is too busy to talk to you." Nice!
To top off the entire experience, my husband had several hairs in his pizza. Disgusting and straight to the garbage it went.
Had any person at any time apologized or taken ownership of the screw-up, it could have been a better experience. My $80 would have been spent more wisely on frozen pizza.
My recommendation, don't waste your money here.
