I was down in Chanute visiting my cousin and he suggested we go to the new Billy Sim's BBQ joint...so off we went...got there it was like a friggin' Subway Deli thing,that was the first disappointment,service was lousy,meats were cold and no smoked flavour at all...Got the 2 meat dinners and they were suppose to be 1/2 pounds of meat...if we even got a 1/4 pound I would be surprised...The meat was not smoky in flavour at all and dead cold...and you talk about expensive for what you recieved...Holy Mackerel!!!!
