My order was completely wrong the first time I tried the food. I was then told to bring back my reciept and my order would be replaced. I spoke with the manger or general manager in light of this situation and she didn't seem interested in what I was telling her that happened to me. She then replaced my order with the supposed correct order and the order was wrong again. When I called back again I ask for her supervisor and she refused to give me a name and stated she knows she gave me the correct order and she hung up in my face I guess in a rush to get me off of the phone as I heard her speaking poorly to one of her employees.. This type of behavior should not persist and guest should be treated with much more respect. She is not qualified to handle guest or employees if she continues to treat guest poorly. This location was in Conway AR.
