Just ordered food at Bentley's roast beef. I realized that my online order did not go through. I went inside and ordered and paid for my food. I then checked my bank account and realized I just paid for my food twice. I brought it to the attention of the cashier who asked the owner about it. The owner then yelled at me. Told me there is nothing he can do about it. His online orders go through a third party. He said he won't actually get the money. He said he could call the third party for me. He was not kind or polite. He was yelling, rude and acted like he'd be doing me a favor. We've actually been ordering a lot from them and been spending a lot of money there. I'm sad to say that we won't be able to order from them anymore. I've never been treated so rudely in a food establishment. I wasn't rude and I never raised my voice. I simply asked why I was charged twice. I was shocked at how the owner angered when asked a simple question. I was yelled at in front of a restaurant full of customers. His wait staff looked embarrassed of his behavior.

The best roast beef in the Nashua area!! Subs are simply delicious and you can buy the roast beef by the pound too!
