Service slow but we understand as it was a new girl but we ordered their oysters on half shell. They came and didn't look appetizing plus hard to get off the shell and the few we ate had shell bits in them. We just asked for our check to leave after we sent them back. NO ONE came to our table to apologize. Great customer service guys. Being in the business we know what that is all about so way to go guys. We will not be back for a very long time or ever and will freely share our experience

Had dinner at C.J.Avery's last year when visiting NH over Columbus Day weekend. The food was wonderful, people friendly and service supurb. We'll be back again soon. Not a loud routy bar, just a lot of happy folk enjoying a cold drink and a great meal.
