Fast, friendly and the food is SO good! I love this restaurant! Easily one of my favorite fast food burgers! Check them out ASAP, you won’t regret it!

review_stars 02/03/2020 - A neighbor.
The owner of this establishment has got to be just about the meanest, most belligerent, and ungrateful “ gentleman” I have ever encountered in my 55 years on this planet!!!!!!!
I helped him put out a fire along the back wall of his building. I was sitting with my daughter at the Blarney Stone across the street, on Super bowl Sunday, when she noticed the fire. I grabbed my coat and made my way through the spectators, and ran across Woodward to see if I could help.
With some of the staff using buckets of water, and I with a rubber matt, put out the fire in several minutes. Then the owner, a bearded ,dark - haired man, picked up my jacket , and became very abusive, and confrontational towards my efforts to help them . This guy wanted to fight me! Literally!!!!!!
Incredible!!!!
He was afraid I would get a cinder on “ his” building. When the fire was at its height, I felt that was the least of his worries!
It was then that I dropped the rug, snatched the coat out of his hand, and abruptly left.
It never ceases to amaze me how some people can last as long as they do on God’s green earth!
I only have two words for that owner: GOOD LUCK!!!! Because with a demeanor such as yours you are indeed going to need all of the luck you can get in life moving forward. If I had the chance to help someone out, I’d do it again...in a New York minute.
With that said, I would have to seriously reconsider before stepping into the Owl restaurant
ever again.

Sincerely,
A semi-regular customer.
