Ordered Moo Shu pork. Not authentic, too much cabbage.
Big chunks of meat which should be shredded to roll up in
the pancake. Totally missing the lilly buds. The classical
recipe calls for only lilly buds, scallions and meat.
What's sad is I went to the restaurant to share the recipe
with the boss, who gave me a lecture on the phone as just
how to proceed if I don't like a dish. "Return with the dish,
same night and tell it to the chef.". Anybody want to explain
to a chinese chef how to prepare a Manderin recipe?
