The staff moves swiftly through the busy crowd, their friendly service making the wait almost effortless, while the made-to-order guacamole and chips offer a creamy, refreshing contrast to the smoky, spicy fillings. Though seating is scarce nearby, taking everything to go and finding a quiet spot along the wharf allows the flavors and atmosphere to linger long after the last bite.

The food truck I visited on Long Wharf Drive offers delicious vegetable burritos that are seared closed with cheese on the grill, along with made-to-order guacamole and chips that are simply amazing. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the truck can be easily identified by the picture of Guadalupe on its side. While there is no seating available near the truck, you can cross the street to find a nice spot to enjoy your meal to go from La Patrona, one of the many food trucks in the area that accepts card payments.
