This DQ is only open for part of the year, which should give the managers/owners plenty of time to work on their people skills. On more than one occasion over the years, I've had the pleasure (or lack there of) of having to deal with this totally unprofessional and frankly irresponsible management team. I hope they can turn it around because I've been telling everyone I know that it's a terrible place to go. Not worth the cost (an extra 50 cents for a cup? REALLY? Are you hurting that bad over there that you can't give out a freakin plastic dish?) and not worth the hassle. Totally unimpressed. Not to mention the weird/ rude vibes I got from the supposed male "owner." Professionalism is certainly lacking at this DQ. I'll admit that they produce great product, but are sorely lacking in professionalism and management. One star.
