Huge disappointment.
On the Day Trip, Turkey Train from Natick Mass on Sept. 22 which included a Turkey Dinner on the Train.

There were 2 servers who served one person at a time on the train.
By the time they got to our table)approximately 1 hour later.
They had to literally scrap the bottom on the pans for food for the 3 of us.
The worst turkey and fixings we ever had.
Several people on the trip commented that the food was so much better on there last trip 2 yrs ago.
Not a pleasant time.

Not impressed at all! have been there several times through the years. Let's just say, "The old gray mare just ain't what she used to be"! Food was cold, and turkey tasted like old leftovers. Ypu know THAT flavor! Yuck!!!

This place is awesome! Great home cooked meal with all the trimmings. If you want a good turkey dinner, come to Harts’. Turkey in every way. I think I may try the turkey parm next. Thumbs Up!

Restaurant roomy.
Very few patrons.
Food quantity sufficient.
Food quality poor/ tasteless.
Would not return.
Staff pleasant.
