I worked with the owner years ago at the original Jack’s Pizza. At one time there was 3 of them. Pittsfield has maintained the quality and a recent visit was so much nicer for the Owner checking in with us. Due to Covid limitations a proper visit wasn’t possible but eating some food at the provided outdoor dining I was able to witness a very healthy pace of pick up orders. It’s good to see a business thriving despite the current economy. Truly a pleasure to interact with the Owner after all these years.

I’ve been there a few times and never once had a good experience. My order was wrong and the owner refused to give me what I ordered. Haven’t been back since then.

Jack's used to be the best in town. They still are by default. Food has gone down hill in the past six months. Customer service has gone down hill. Often rude on the phones. They don't answer the phones when it gets busy. Then say all the lines were in use. That is a lie because the phone would not ring, there would be a busy signal.
May or may not be back.
