I'm very dissatisfied with My $70+ purchase. I ordered a German chocolate cake & received a wet sponge with extra icing. There's a difference between moist & wet. I contacted the owner & she explained that the cake had a coconut pecan filling. & apologized. My 2 favorite cakes are coconut & German chocolate. So I'm very familiar with coconut filling & icing. I only wanted another cake but she never offered. My hopes for a great cake on my 55th birthday was ruined. I've been a customer since 2013.

I am so very pleased with the beautiful baby shower cake from Cynthia's kitchen. I was stuck in a predicament in North Carolina trying to get a beautiful cake for my daughter's baby shower in humble Texas. After weeks of trying to find someone to help me I located Cynthia's kitchen and spoke with the owner Cynthia. Cynthia went above and beyond to create me a cake last minute for my daughters baby shower. It was absolutely beautiful, perfect size and my daughter and son-in-law said it was delicious. The owner even went up to the bakery and opened it just so my son-in-law could pick it up on a Sunday, not to mention humble was having awful snow storms during this time which is why I had such a problem trying to find an establishment to help me. I would definitely recommend this bakery for any of your needs once again the owner is truly a gem.
