Kendall Pond consistently serves delicious, generously topped pizza with a perfect crust, tasty sauce that enhances both pizza and pasta, great salads and wings, friendly and helpful staff, reliable delivery, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back time and again.

Kendall Pond Pizza is my favorite spot for pizza in town. The crust is just right, the toppings are plentiful, and the sauce is delicious on both pizza and pasta dishes. Staff is friendly and the grilled chicken salad is a great option for a lighter meal.

Ordered a meal that comes with a salad. When I called guy that answered very rude. Just got out Kendall Pond, Gone. Then he took my order but didn't take it correctly. When asked if I wanted salad dressing I said no don't need, he heard no salad, but they charged me for a full meal w/salad.

I called afterwards, as I was working outside before I sat down to eat. Manager gets on the phone and practically is arguing with me about a small dinner salad! I have ordered from Kendall Pond MANY times and never had such a louzy experience. My work orders from KP as well

Maybe they should be kinder to their regular employees and maybe I should have my employees think twice about ordering as well. All for a salar that's probably less than $5.00 and gave the driver $7 for an $18 dinner. Yup thank you!!

Very disappointed! We've been a customer since the Dover location opened.we've had a couple order mistakes here and there. But we've let them go.
Tonight we placed an online order to go for 2 small subs, a salad, small pizza and a calzone which took an hour to be ready.
We got home which is at the north end of town to find out our order was missing the 2 subs.
When I called and spoke to the manager she said "oh sorry, do you want to come back and get them. We said yes but I asked for some sort of compensation and was told "we don't do that"
Even though it was their error
Very disappointed and they have lost a loyal customer!
