went through the drive thru and ordered for 16 pcs chicken, surprised when I got home we only have a bucket with 7 pcs on it. How hard is it to count chickens? that's the only thing they do all day and still find a way to screw up your order. Called the store and told them about their bad service, manager told me that come back and they'll give me the rest of the chicken (sad we live 20 mins away). Went back the following day and the waited 15 mins in the drive thru to get the rest of the chicken and demanded for the receipt which they didn't specify when I called, and they won't give me the remaining chicken. So I would need to come back the 3rd time to get the rest, but they can keep their chicken and never coming back to this KFC ever, worst customer service ever. You really have zero effort to the satisfy customers. I'll give you zero star if there's an option.

I waited over 30 minutes to receive my meal, which came with many an attitude from the staff. I was shocked the employees wouldn't be disciplined for such crude language use ON A CUSTOMER.
