Good food and good service

If you like seafood, or Italian food, or both, this is truly the place to go. Today we order lobster rolls to go for lunch because we had to get home (Nearby). The lobster rolls comes with with a bit of mayo, or lemon butter, or breaded and deep fried. We had the traditional mayo and ordered cole slaw on the side. It was hands down the best I have ever had, and I've had many. Chunks of fresh lobster I'm sure they cooked in house. Light mayo dressing to moisten but let the lobster shine through. Rolls toasted, but stll crunchy and delicious. The cole slaw was fresh and crunchy and had just the right amount of dressing. Just moistened enough so as not to spoil the crunch and flavor. If you like lob rolls you absolutely MUST try this. If you haven't had a lob roll before (anyone?) this is the way to start. Enjoy!

A few , (9) total) of us Cajun skiers where up in the snow country for a week (Feb / March) came across Lobster Trap restaurant, being from New Orleans where customer / friendly service, warm atmosphere, value vs. experience & food is everything, have to say, Lobster Trap gets 5 stars from our crew.
