Good food and good service

for the second time just the worst service and food not great. got water then our waitress just disappeared. got menus from another one then another one took our order; finally. people that came in after us got their food before us. almost an hour to get 2 lousy sandwiches. it was just ridiculous!! better off going across the street to subway or for pizza
