35 calls to " your call can't be completed because the party is busy" from 7:45 to 8:15 PM before I called New Ipswich House and got right through. That sucked!

Sorry but I am usually very happy with pizza haven too but tonight I am disgusted. I ordered a blt sub with American cheese pickles and mayo and they put provolone cheese which I'm allergic too and literally 2 pcs of microwavable bacon. So disgusted that I probably will not go back.

Good pizza with fresh ingredients. They started accepting credit cards a couple of years ago, so that's a plus.

Everytime we order the food is always wrong... Very disappointing. Your told 35-40 minutes on a busy night and you end up waiting and finally getting your food after an hour plus, which is usually made wrong.
If I order a half pepperoni half hamburg pizza, that is 1 topping that covers the entire pizza. Not here. You are charged for 2 toppings. Complete rip off. They have gone down hill over the years raising their prices and giving you less food. It's also interesting that you can get an entire caesar salad for less than you can get a caesar salad wrap... it's half the amount of food (on a good day, usually a quarter) plus a tortilla... SUCH A RIP OFF

The pizza is decent but I was very disappointed with their gyros sandwich. First it is wrapped in a tortilla, sorry folks, wrong taste, wrong texture, wrong side of the world. A gyros should be wrapped in a warm pita bread. The flavor of the meat was fine, when you could find it under the overly salty mix of feta cheese and greek dressing. Close but again, a gyros should be drizzled ( not drowned) in tzatziki sauce and maybe a sprinkle of cheese. there as a single slice of tomato and I think I found a little onion but the flavor of both was drowned out by the dressing and cheese. A sandwich is best when the flavors and textures balance and sadly, this one wasn't.

I think it depends on who is cooking but the fried food is terrible and the quantity is a joke. Fried food is usually over cooked. They are also getting stingy with veggies on the subs.

This place sucks! Every time I order from here something is messed up, but today was a new low. As soon as I opened my sub I saw a long hair and immediately brought it back inside. I asked for my money back and was refused. The girl behind the counter was only authorized to give me store credit and after calling the manager, who was outside avoiding the situation, she still refused to give me my cash back.
In the end I was out $7 and didn't have anything to eat! I will never order anything from here again but if you do, you might want to tell them to hold the hair. I'm glad I can find the health department's phone number on google!
