The team's dedication to putting together our order with care and the personal connection made by sharing family roots from Italy truly added to the overall experience.

Food is delicious. Service and staff are TERRIBLE. I was trying to place and order for 10:45 tomorrow morning (24 hours notice) and had a few questions on the menu items and whether or not they are delivering tomorrow. But I guess that was an inconvenience to the woman who answered the phone according to the tone of her voice. She was extremely rude and felt the need to tell me it was Christmas Eve the day I wanted to place my order. Like I didn't already know that. If they did not want to accommodate customers orders then they should not be open. Mind you this order was for 10:45 AM! She then hung up on me. When I called back another woman took my order, sighing the whole time. I was informed the woman who I originally spoke with and hung up on me was an owner. The fact that a company owner can be so rude just shows what kind of establishment they are running. Its a shame because the food is really good!

Tonight I went to Rig A Tony's to pick up an order for over $200 and was treated horribly. I purchased a Couptopia coupon and was going to use it. My sister who also purchased food and a Couptopia coupon was with me. We were at the the desk picking up our food when Michelle verbally attacked us in front of several customers and entire staff. She degraded us about both of us using coupons even though they were seperate orders and the coupons were ordered weeks apart. She then crumpled our coupons and threw them. Later returning and stating Couptopia would return our money. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. We order large orders several times a year for both business and personal use. I have never used a coupon there before in al the years I have gone. It is sad that over a coupon for $12.50 they will lose our repeat business along with our families
