The food truck in Everett, tucked in the parking lot of a gas station, serves up authentic Mexican cuisine with fresh ingredients and friendly service. Despite the slight inconvenience of making a u-turn due to nearby construction, the flavorful tacos, burritos, and sopes make it a worthwhile stop for a delicious meal on the go.
