On the way to Hummus Republic, we decided to check this place out and were impressed by the variety of chocolates, coffee, and even sandwiches they offer. The mid-century modern vibe with big windows and views of Mercer Slough makes it a chill spot to relax, study, or hang out with friends, though it can get crowded during lunch rush. The drinks, especially the mochas and hot chocolate, are really tasty, and the food like the club sandwich and breakfast burrito definitely hit the spot.

Coffee and espresso don't meet my minimal requirements. Doesn't taste very good, Baristas need an attitude adjustment.
