On Saturday 08/23/14 I stopped by and made reservations for 19 adults. I was told not a problem we would be placed downstairs due to several large parties they were having, se said this would be great. We got to the restaurant on time and we setted and was given two waitresses. Problem 1) one of them was a new girl for 19 not a good move. The 2) was when the meals were brought out two at a time. 3) One salad had a bug in it. We told this to the waitress right away no new salad was delivered. 4) when we got the bills the half with the new girl waited an additional 10 minutes for our bills. When asked why we were told she was new but no one helped her. When 4) when asked what they were going to do about the bug (we told $2.00 off for the salad) I will not return to the Spa ever.
None of the food was very good, scollops were tough, Chicken Parm was over cooked and dry, Prime Rib was fatty. Many complaints.
