I can't believe it took me this long to find El Indio, especially since birria tacos have been my obsession lately. The authenticity really shines through with the diverse crowd, the self-serve pickle bar, and the rich consomí© that pairs perfectly with their tacos and birria ramen-just what you want on a cold day. The service is friendly even if your Spanish is a bit rusty, the flavors are bold, and the portions leave you satisfied without feeling weighed down.

I had the chance to try Birria tacos at a small restaurant in a shopping center and found the experience enjoyable. The authentic atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food made it a memorable visit, especially on a cold day.
