01/23/2023 - Worst Pizza Restaurant EVER!
We stopped in Whitefield back in July had an excellent time here for my birthday But yesterday, when we tried to stop in at noon because we were frequenting the thrift shops and gun shop adjacent to this place.
First of all, we tried the door at 1 pm Saturday, January 21, 2023 and it was locked, even though the sign said opened. Then we tried the other doors, and finally a gruff looking worker opened the door. Very rudely, asked us why we were trying the other doors, we told him the main door had been locked. We were shocked he had even asked, especially in such an accusing manner, like we were trying to break in or something. He, this 20 something very rude individual, knowing full well the main door was locked! Then we walked in, of course it was empty because the main door had been locked. This very rude and gruff male worker, then informed us that the bar was closed and we could order food. My husband wanted a glass of wine with his dinner and he said with only 2 people on staff he could not pour wine out of the box. Not ok. They lock the door, obviously to mess around and not deal with customers, Second, since me and my husband were the only 2 customers, due to locked main door, there was absolutely no reason, this kid could not take minutes to pour my husband a glass of wine. Terrible customer Service. We felt degraded and accused and left hungry and frustrated!
